Our project team recently achieved a hugely successful outcome partnering with Carolina Design & Construction on a recent outdoor VIP Club. As a Senior Project Manager with Live Nation, Reuben & team consistently delivered on deadlines, deliverables and expectations. The team's management of the scope of work was exceptional with in field challenges always being addressed early with solutions ready; always clearly addressing our stakeholder needs. Key takeaways: Leadership was fantastic, project engagement was completed on budget and within our schedule allocation; something not regularly achieved. Reuben at Carolina Design & Construction was great to work with and I am thrilled with the results of the renovation! They were able to restore the beauty of the historic building in Apex and convert it to a lovely retail space for ELK Local Foods. Reuben, Alex, and the rest of the team understand bespoke service and work with their clients to problem solve upfront to mitigate any additional costs. I've worked with a ton of different contractors across my career and I won't work with anybody else now. They have set the bar.

CDC has proved to be a valuable partner in constructing a number of the commercial projects that my firm has designed and permitted. The ability to successfully interpret the permitted plans and maintaining solid relationships with municipal inspections staff are key ingredients in building a successful project and CDC has demonstrated both of these abilties. They have shown themselves to be both competent and experienced building professionals, able to tackle a wide range of projects and to do so on schedule and on budget.
